Yes we can! Yea, I'm singing Bob the Builder.

So can you fix it?

Can you sew on a button?
Sew a dress or item from a pattern?
Put together something that requires hammer and nails?
Put together something that requires screws?
Fix a light switch?
Change the oil in your car?
Change the a flat tire?
Mow the lawn?

So can you fix it?

Can you sew on a button? Yep
Sew a dress or item from a pattern? Of course! I can even change patterns a bit to get what I want. I can also sew some simple things without patterns
Put together something that requires hammer and nails? Probably but it wouldn't look good
Put together something that requires screws? If it comes with instructions, yes
Fix a light switch? I can put on/take off the switch plate but that's it. DH does my little electrical fixes
Change the oil in your car? Heck no. My dad worked for a large oil company so he always had his clients who owned service stations do it when I was younger. DH knows how but he takes my car to have it done. Is it sad that i don't even drive my car to the service station for oil changes?
Change the a flat tire? No way. That's what AAA is for
Mow the lawn? Nope. Don't even know how to turn on a mower

Put together something that requires hammer and nails? Yes, but it would take me forever

Fix a light switch? I could change the plate and I could do the electrical if I had instructions but I'd much rather call my dad to do it....he's an electrician.
Change the oil in your car? No
Change a flat tire? Yes, had to learn to do this to pass my driver's ed test. Of course that was 14 years ago and I think I've only done it once since then.

Can you sew on a button? Yes, although it might fall off tomorrow...
Sew a dress or item from a pattern? Yup! I'm much better at sewing machine sewing than hand stitching.
Put together something that requires hammer and nails? Yes! In 8th Grade we went to the vocational tech. center to get a tour (in 11th and 12th grade you can opt to go there 1/2 days) and in the carpentry trade class they had a bunch of nails in a railroad tie. I was the only one that could not only hold the hammer properly but also hit the nail and drive it in in less than 5 hits! My dad was so proud
Put together something that requires screws? Yuppers!
Fix a light switch? I can, including the electrical. I've replaced 2 light fixtures too. Again, daddy was proud!
Change the oil in your car? That I can't do. I'd much rather pay someone else. I don't remember the last time I took the car to the place, DH usually does it. In IA they don't let you stay in the car at the quick shops and it's a pain with the girls.
Change the a flat tire? Yes. At least I think I can!
Mow the lawn? Yes, but I haven't in a long long time. If DH can't get off his ***** to do it more regularly this summer I might have to shame him into it by throwing Kolbie in the Ergo and doing it myself...

Can you sew on a button? yup
Sew a dress or item from a pattern? Yup, with and without patterns
Put together something that requires hammer and nails? Yup, I actually really enjoy building things
Put together something that requires screws? Yup, see above
Fix a light switch? Yup, I probably wouldn't try it in an older house with questionable electrical systems, but that's a pretty simply job generally.
Change the oil in your car? Yup, my dad insisted when I started driving that I know how to do basic maintenance.
Change the a flat tire? Yup, see above.
Mow the lawn? Yup, it was one of my chores as a kid for years. Nothing like pushing a mower on a sloped 3/4 acre yard on a Saturday afternoon.
