Ugh. Conall woke up around 4:30 and after a quick feeding I thought he would go back to sleep. He cried immediately when I put him into his crib and so I figured I'd take him to bed with me. Well this woke Paddy up, who was more than excited that his brother was in bed with us, which woke up Patrick who was far less excited that the boys were waking HIM up (he's been a crank lately anyway) and so downstairs we went, all before 5 am. These are the days I'm thankful for my Keurig - a cup of strong coffee in 30 seconds is a godsend on mornings like this. Ugh.

Maybe all three of you can take a nap later? I don't know what I would do without coffee.

Sorry Jill. BTDT and it's no fun. It's so hard when a sibling wakes the other and you're up with TWO (or more).

Sometimes when the girls are up really early like that, they'll go down later in the morning for a nice nap and I can get some rest (although oftentimes once I'm up with coffee, I'm up for the day). I hope you can get some rest sometime today.

No coffee here... but oddly enough I do pretty good on early morning days and I am much crankier on days I sleep in.

I hope you and your boys have a great day.
