It seems like... a LOT. I'm losing about a pound a week, which is good, I know... but I'm feeling really impatient. Argh!
My jeans are starting to be buttoned up and the muffin top is slooooowly decreasing. But I can't help but feel frustrated - I seem to be moving ALL DAY when I'm home with the kids between feeding them, cleaning up, doing laundry, etc... and when we're out, I'm killing myself to wrangle them both. And I still work out at least 3x a week, and I'm counting calories... Why isn't it happening faster?!!??!
I feel your pain, Jill. Been there 4 times now! In fact, after Reid I've never lost it all yet and it's been 3 years.
Losing a pound a week is perfect. I know it seems slow to you but at least it's coming off. Keep trying and don't give up and you will get there. Easy to say, not so easy to do, believe me, I know. ((hugs))
Hang in there mama. The last lbs are always the hardest. I've been there for what seems like forever now. It WILL happen if you keep your focus on it. If you can, try changing up your diet a little. Sometimes that seems to help reboot your system.
