Anyone trying it? My mom has done two 17-day sessions with it and has lost 18 lbs so far. She said it's the best and easiest diet she's ever been on. I think I may take a look at the book and see what it's like. I don't do well with a lot of restrictions, and I am still BFing.
It sounds brutal to me b/c I don't like a few of the foods on the list so I feel like i would be eating just chicken and vegetables for 17 days. but my MIL and SIL did lose about 20 lbs each recently on it so it works.
