I am 4 weeks post baby on Tuesday and I've got to start losing the rest of this weight. I am 1lb under my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to lose 29lbs more.
I am going to start using myfitnesspal to count my calories and start walking an hour a day. I can't do anything too extreme because I am nursing so I need to stay healthy plus I can't work out for another 4 weeks because of my c-section.
