Will you/have you planted a garden/plants/flowers this spring?
What do you typically plant?

I just bought some impatiens that I planted around a tree that we have, and three little pots of flowers in my front yard. That's it. I'm far from having a green thumb.

I really want to plant a vegetable garden, but we will only be here a year so I don't know if it is worth it. I am going to plant flowers in my front garden beds though.

I usually just do herbs and root vegetables. My family always had a big garden though and we had everything from squash to corn in it.

I planted a ton of flowers - at least 10-15 containers worth. I have them on our patio, at the end of the drive, on the front porch, and around our well. I planted a variety of things.

We also planted cucumbers.

I love how all my flowers look. It's a lot of work everyday with watering, etc... but so worth it for how pretty it makes our yard and house look.

In the past we have done a pepper garden (red/green bell and jalapenos) as well as an herb garden (basil, parsley, cilantro, rosemary, thyme) but this year we haven't planted anything and don't plan to. I've also planted flowers in front every year except the last couple. This spring has been so messed up that we will had freeze warnings a week ago.
