I'm hanging out stalking you gals! I have been hovering around 163lb lately...an overall loss of 17lb since I started. I'd technically like to lose another 2-5, but honestly, I'm happy with where I'm at and glad to maintain it. It's about 5lb under my pre-preg weight with Danny too, which is a bonus. I'm doing a lot of walking, hitting the treadmill at the gym as I can, and doing EA Sports Active at home 4-5 days a week.
YAY!!! I was just coming on to update since I had my appointment at the weight loss clinic today.
This week's weight loss: 6.5 lbs!! yahoo! And this week I get to start eating ACTUAL food again, at least for one meal a day I get chicken or turkey or fish...and then twice a week I can have beef or pork. With tons of vegetables and little fat and NO sugar as usual.
I feel awesome - keeping my blood sugar level has been the KEY to my cravings and hunger, which always resulted in me gorging on terrible food after the kids were asleep and I finally got a chance to eat. In the middle of the day, I grab whatever protein product is the quickest and I can eat/drink it while fixing lunch for the kids. easy peasy.
I am a little late checking in but I was kind of worried about being pregnant until now so I wasn't sure what the status would be on my weight loss. But now that I know I'm NOT, I can reply to this. I weighed myself this morning and I was 138-139, which is the least I have been since having Reid! I am not exercising these days but I am doing more outside, yardwork, etc. and I am trying to eat less.
