There is a mom in Natasha's dance school I really don't like... she's just one of those very-loud annoying people who complains about everything from A-Z at every class - she never seems happy. Well at today's class (last class for the year), she was complaining how she doesn't like the professional pictures the kids had had taken at the dance studio (each child had 2 individual poses, and one group pic - in their costumes - really cute, IMO). Then she was complaining about the high prices of the packages...

She asked me whether I am ordering pics and I said I'll just pay $40 for the CD with the 3 pictures on it, that way I can print for us and the grandparents elsewhere, and in the end it's cheaper than ordering prints from them. Well, she then just jumped on the opportunity and decided I should e-mail her the group picture after I get my CD since she "hates" the individual pictures of her daughter. The she threw in she might give me $10 for it...

Would you do this for her? DH didn't like this and thinks since we paid, so should she. He did add that if anything, she should give me at least $20. I really don't *wanna*, but I also don't wanna be a B and say "No." but I can see myself saying "No" because she just grates on my nerves!

Anyways... would you or wouldn't you?

Oh, hmm..... I am not sure what I would do. If she drove me crazy I probably wouldn't and just try to avoid her.

However, if she is going to be at all of her classes next year too I guess I would do it so I wouldn't have to deal with the annoying lady.

I have to see her 2 more times, Wednesday at their stage rehearsal and Sunday for the recital. I won't be seeing her next year though! We're doing a Saturday class and she doesn't do Saturdays (religious reasons).

mm, in that case I'd just not do it, and if she asks tell a little white lie ("Oh, gosh, did I forget? oops, so sorry.")

Hmm, I'd probably say sure and then not do it. If she asks about it again say something like "oh, my computer crashed, and I can't get online" Terrible I know!

I agree with the other ladies then. If you won't be seeing her all the time just ignore her request!

I'd just print your own pic, and scan it and email her your group pic and play dumb like you don't know how to load it or something, she'll never ask you again

id just say that we haven't heard back from the grandparents on which pictures they'd like printed yet so were waiting on them and printing all at once. instead of paying twice and maybe add that your not deciding which ones you were printing either so it will be a couple of weeks yet

I would say no. If it was someone you liked, I would totally make a deal, but since she's irritating and you won't see her next year, I wouldn't bother.

Well to update, she's not getting cr*p from me!

Seriously, DH saw her last night and within 5 seconds he was like, "I can see why you don't like her." But I was super irritated because the instructors asked us (parents) to apply makeup on the girls, but the rules are loose for the little kids. And I can't STAND bright make-up on little girls Natasha's age, so all I applied was a tiny pink blush and pink lipstick - you could barely see it.

Well, later, on stage... while she was performing, DH said, "did you apply make up on her?" I said that yes, but a little, and I was surprised he even noticed. Well at intermission I went back stage to find Natasha and bumped into that mom who happily informed me she (did me a favor) by applying lipstick on Natasha, and I then found Natasha with the freakin BRIGHTEST red lipstick you can image.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. It's a good thing I didn't see her for the rest of the night because I would have lost my cool and given her some %^&*. Anyway... she doesn't have my contact info for the pics, and even if she gets it, she's getting a big NOTHING.

I'd send her a quick email about some fake communicable disease Natasha might have just passed her, lmao!

And I'd also email her an itty bitty, teeny tiny, low res pic, but that's just because I'm evil.

I wouldn't give them to her either. That is just stealing from the photographer if you think about it.
