Tonight we had tacos. My plan for the rest of the week....
Tuesday - Shake 'n bake chicken w/some veggies and rice
Wednesday - I will be home late, so whatever DH whips together for Aidan. Probably some pizza bagels or mac 'n cheese.
Thursday - Roast beef, potatoes & carrots
Friday - Tortiere w/baked beans and veggie (probably frozen corn & peas)
Saturday - eating out after the football game
Sunday - BBQ burgers & hotdogs
Meals for Maddie or meals for Dh and I?
We eat at separate times so it's hard.
We have about 3lbs each of chicken breasts, whole chickens, ground beef, pork loin, sirloin, and ribeye so it's a matter of what we want this week hehe
Tonight had chicken with mushrooms in balsamic vinegar sauce from allrecipes, butter potatoes with rosemary and peas.
wednesday: roast beef in crock pot, potatoes and carrots
thursday: dh has softball so something easy
Monday we had Mac and cheese with peas since we didn't go to the grocery store on Sunday. Tonight I have running so I will have to come up with something easy. I think I have some pork chops in the basement freezer that I'll fix on Wednesday. Thursday is running again and DH won't be home until late anyway. Friday we are having some of DH's coworkers over for dinner. We'll be having grilled chicken with a fresh mango salsa (I usually fix it with mahi or swordfish but I don't know if they eat fish). I'll also be making a pitcher of sangria. I hope the weather holds up so we can eat outside
Monday was ground turkey burgers.
Tuesday = mixed cheese ravioli and salad
Wednesday- grilled ham & cheese with tomato soup
Thursday - grocery day.. so probably a papa murphy's pizza
Friday..... hmmm..... dunno this far yet.
