Another great week! I did the diet strictly this past week b/c I knew this long holiday weekend and the extra few days that my mom is visiting (she's here until Thursday) would be tough. Bonus excitement - I pulled a few more things out of storage for my closet And I am also needing a belt on some capris that only 6 weeks ago wouldn't even button.
So my strategy for this weekend/upcoming week is just plain old healthy eating and moderate portions. I am doing strictly protein/veg as much as I can, but I admit I am eating pretty much regular dinners just with smaller portions. last night we ordered pizza, so I made sure we got a veggie one, and had one medium slice (instead of 2 or 3!) and no ice cream like everyone else had!
