Seriously, I've found I pretty much just need to always have a snack and/or a hard candy on hand. It still doesn't fix it 100%, but the worst comes if I stop eating for, like, an hour. Carbs seems to be doing the best, unfortunately...potato chips, cheetos, that kind of thing...which is terrible and I'm trying to avoid, but it's the only thing I know will for sure keep me from gagging.
