are a blessing and a curse.

I took Zofran 2 days ago (in the evening) and I didn't have any horrible morning sickness since this AM. I took another Zofran this AM, because I thought I might get sick and lose my breakfast. And now I don't feel sick at all. It's so weird, kinda makes me think somethings wrong..when nothing is. lol

Oh I know, it's terrible! I didn't take zofran, but I took unisom... the days where I was sick I felt miserable, but the days that I wasn't I was worried! Can't win!

i was always too afraid to take anything for my morning sickness. I just drank a lot of lemon water and crackers.

For your morning sickness, try and eat lots of small meals all day. When you let your stomach get empty and then try and eat, thats when you are most likely to puke. But if you munch on things all day, like crackers or toast, you keep something in your belly.

And try to figure out what foods sit better than others. For some reason my first pregnancy a bowl of cheerios made me feel okay and less like puking, so I had it every day at least once... was better than trying something and throwing it up!

I never had morning sickness but I know a lot of people have told me that eating a cracker before you sit up in bed in the morning makes a big difference.
