Anyway - what would your realistic dream house be like? how many beds/baths/etc? What style? Where would you live?

(I say realistic like what would be best for you and your family with just a few wishes rather than "I'd have a 20 bedroom mansion on hawaii" type stuff)

My realistic dream house would have 3 bedrooms, an office space, a play room (preferably a functioning attic room), 2 - 2 1/2 baths, I'd REALLY love an old Victorian house but while realistic as in possible, I doubt my hubby or dad would let us do that (too many things could go wrong blah blah blah)

a 3 or 4 bedroom house,a playroom,2 baths and a pretty good sized back yard with a fence around it and a 2 car garage.Oh and the kitchen has to have lots of counter space and cabinets and a pantry and a big laundry room a a storage shed.And some shade trees.And I want a den and a big living room also.

4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, nice big kitchen with big pantry and lots of counter space, I would love a spa bath in our ensuite, a theater room, big living area, a spacious backyard.

Anything bigger than the one I have.

I want 4 bedrooms, plus a craft room for me and a playroom for the kids. Maybe DH needs a room too.

I want a big kitchen with lots of counters and cabinets. I want the refridgerator to go in the kitchen, not the dining room. Lots of plugins! I want to be able to use the coffee pot and the microwave at the same time.

I want a bigger laundry room with lots of shelf space. We had planned on building on to the laundry room this year so that we could bring Chalkie bunny's hutch inside, more like a screened in porch type thing, so he's still outside for the sunlight (and huge mess he makes) but inside and more protected from the weather.

You would laugh hysterically during a thunderstorm seeing me run outside and stapling a blanket over his hutch...it worries me to death having him outside in a storm. but anyway.. that's what we were going to do but then Raini was conceived so plans changed!

So yeah that and a put in a doggie door in that screened in area that leads to the backyard that is fenced in. Id like my backyard fence extended as well.

I cant dream, I have to just build on to my own house because I know I'll be here forever.. lmao

I want:

Main floor bath and laundry. OMG I am so sick of stairs.

A big kitchen with either an island or a nice big counter area between the dining area and the kitchen.

Stainless steel appliances.

5 bedrooms - one for me and chris, one each for the kids, and one room for an office OR tim and sam share and chris and i each get our own "room"

2 full baths. a kid bath and a parent bath. PLUS a main 1/2 bath.

Full finished basement with an area for the kids.

Two car garage.

Fenced in backyard with nice big swingset/play gym for kids.

I'd still live in the GR area but outside of town so that there was no traffic and i could see storms rolling in and the stars at night. god how i miss seeing the stars.
