So far i have done okay! I lost 6lbs in January. Wahoo
But then February came and so far I haven't lost anything and have actually gained a pound I think.
I have been going to the gym but eating whatever I want in moderation. Silly silly Sarah. This does not work that just means I maintain. I really need to focus because I am in a weight competition and want to be at least in the running if not win!
So anyone who has a trick let me know I need to lose 5lbs in 11 days!
Your experience so far sounds just like mine. I lost 5 lbs in January and have been pretty much holding steady since then. Sometimes I am down another pound, sometimes not. But I didn't expect such a quick loss to begin with and knew that it would slow down so I'm not really disappointed. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and see what happens. DH says he can see the difference so that's nice to hear.

I'm doing... so-so. Could be better. I killed myself before we went on holiday for a week (ran 7k at each workout and trained my horse weekly, so about 3 2 hr workouts a week) and felt okay about wearing a bathing suit.
I gained 3-4 lbs on holiday and now I have to try to lose that. I need to be miniscule for my sister's wedding in the fall because everybody else in the bridal party is super skinny, and I am SICK of being the fat one!!!
