It's been over a month and I can finally say that I've quit biting my nails!
Ha, I can't control the weight gain even on a diet but this, I can change about myself, so woohoo!
My DH is so happy and me too, makes me feel prettier
I don't know, I just stopped. I never bit my nails except when home watching TV at night, so I keep lotion on my hands and keep them busy. Plus with so little in life I can control, I resolved to change what I could to make myself feel better.
Wow! Those are your real nails? They look amazing! I don't bite my nails but my nails just break and do not grow. They are normally very brittle. I am enjoying how well my nails are growing while pregnant, but they still don't look as nice as yours. Keep it up! Did you use a white pencil or polish on the ends or are they naturally that color?
That is natural. I have been taking biotin for a year now plus a multi vite but since my thyroid went whack my hair has been falling out and my nails do break. the past 2 months things have improved so much! My nails can't grown "long" but the less I mess with them the stronger they are. I just put a clear coat on them.
So jealous! lol I consider your nails to be long. They're about the length (most of) my nails are and I have been telling dh how excited I am to have long nails. The tips of my nails are not a pretty white like yours though. They are more 'clear.' You should definitely be proud of those nails.
Great nails, congrats! I did the same as you and one day, about 20 years ago, just decided no more nail biting and just stopped and haven't bitten them since. Mine don't look as good as yours though, really thin and tear really easily, so I gave to keep them pretty short.
