Does your child experience nightmares or any other fears at bedtime or thru the night? We've been lucky with Katie in this regard, but I remember Julia was around this age when she started experience night terrors.

Both girls have nights from time to time where the suddenly wake up crying. It's not often but it does happen. Neither have a fear of the dark or are afraid at bed time.

Leah's thing lately is making sure any stuffed animals are facing away from her... because otherwise she feels like they're looking at/watching her. Haha. Not a huge fear, just this quirky thing, I guess.

OMG Veronika does this too! She only wants to hug her stuffed Nemo, but a few days ago she told me the stuffed Simba's face scares her at night. Sometimes at night, she moves everyone but Nemo to the back of her bed (like, where her feet are). Yet, when I suggest to just move them off the bed, she refuses. But she tells me their faces sometimes scare her at night because they're "watching" her.

Veronika... I have issues with her sometimes because she makes stuff up. She'll wake up from nap and go into great detail telling me about her "nightmare" (yesterday was one about me leaving her alone at night outside and some person took her and wouldn't give her back to me when I was looking for her...). And honestly, I don't know if she really dreamed that or just made it up because she DOES make a lot of stuff up!
