I'm sure you've seen the pics on FB, we are taking the plunge and getting a dog. She'll be with us in May if all goes well and healthy. If you want to know more about the breed/breeder just ask. I have no desire to get long winded or start a debate. We did explore rescue before deciding to buy a dog.
I like people names for my animals so umm I like Maisey....some of my top picks for a girl dog would be Hazel, Millie, Genevieve, Gretchen, Greta, Ruby, Janey, I could go on but you get the gist LOL. Syd insists if we get a girl dog next go round her name will be Olivia or Kaycee, she has said that for ages lol......she is cute! My friend has two of those, they are super sweet, slightly hyper but most dogs are. Their names are Pierre and Norman haha
With 2 out of the 3 dogs that I've had, I named them after I had them at home. I had a really hard time choosing names and ended up going off of their personality. My first pug was Boo because she was always sneaking up behing me and catching me off guard. My current pug is Bounce because she was literally bounding off the walls when we got her home.
So maybe keep your short list of names and then see what fits best when you meet her. That worked for me when we named Aidan.
Cavaliers are so cute!!! I like any of the names on your list. I have always used people names for my dogs, but DH always had used more dog names. My dogs are Sophie and Ruthie, but I've had an Abbey, Francie, and Suki too
