OK So... when I get hungry lately, nothing sounds appetizing. What I wind up deciding on (what sounds best of the options) is usually canned soup. I have had my fair share of Campbells Split Pea soup, Vegetable Soup, and Cream of Chicken soup.
DH is concerned that I am not eating healthy enough. I have a very small stomach in that even before I got pregnant, a few bites fills me up so I have to be careful to really only eat decent stuff and this business of 5-9 servings of fruit a day etc. is SOOO not happening. I'd have to feed myself via an IV to get that much of anything...
Anyway- DH worries that what I'm eating and the sodium etc. will make our child have 9 fingers! (his quote...) What do you guys think about what to eat or how to eat when a) nothing else SOUNDS good, and b ) I will only get a little of whatever I choose anyway cause I will get full so quickly.
On a side note: Today I have noticed that I've been hungry about every 2 hours, which means my appetite is finally increasing, but one bowl of soup and I'm STUFFED!
