I haven't bought anything but I do have a few things people gave me as gifts.

I got a matching onesie, blanket, and stuffed bear in a Secret Sister exchange and I love it.

No we dont need anything except a cot and clothes if baby is a boy!! i also dont like buying things to early i did that with my first pregnancy and ended up losing her
