I'm horribly, horribly bloated.

I've started to eat smaller amounts more regularly, rather than three big meals a day, and that seems to be helping. I've also decided to stop eating bread (not carbohydrates per se, as I seem fine with jacket potatoes and pasta etc) - I think that bread makes it soooo much worse. DH is also pushing me to try those probiotic yoghurt drink things. I might pick some up today and see how I go. Other than that, I have no idea how to make it better.

I'm not even sure whether or not I have the start of a baby bump - this bloating hides everything. And DH really ticked me off last night by saying I already look four months pregnant.
