So uh ... I bought my first pair of maternity pants yesterday.

I know I'm not actually showing. It's just bloating and really, I needed to buy some new pants before I even got pregnant. I definitely could have used a size bigger.

But I couldn't take the squishing anymore, or the stupid rubber band! It was driving me nuts. At my nephew's party on Saturday I had to use a rubber band on the button AND stick two safety pins through the zipper because I was bulging out so much the stupid pants kept coming unzipped. Of course I was wearing beautiful hot pink underwear. The kids would have LOVED to see that!

I know I'm further along than almost everyone else since I'm due on the 1st, but please tell me someone else is wearing maternity pants!

If they're comfortable, wear them!

I've worn them a couple of times, but since I stay at home, I've been going the workout pants route lol Just don;'t buy too many early on b/c you'll probably grow out of them. I made that mistake last time :-)

I had to buy three pairs of them because the waistbands of my other pants just plain hurt. Of course they are kinda big and all but they are comphy and thats all I care about really!

Sheesh, everyone is a little farther along them me and I am looking into some maternity pants.....I have no idea but after I found out I was pregnant, my stomach got huge....it's bloated ofcourse, but I had NO stomach whatsoever so I think I am already getting a stomach.....could be all in my head but even my SO said that I am already showing....the nurse practitioner said that if you have a really flat stomach before sometimes your bowels distend and your uterus as well so it makes you look like you are already showing. I say wear them!

I have been wearing maternity pants for the past few weeks! I'm not sure if it's bloating or because this is my second, but my other pants no longer fit me, so I brought out my maternity clothes. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I look like I'm more than that--oh well, what can I do!
