She's good. She had her first surgery on her arm already. Im so glad no one else was seriously injured. And she had no insurance on the car so she's in trouble.

Yup, she's in big trouble. Hopefully she will learn this very hard lesson. Thankfully no one in the other car was injured badly.

She will still have to pay for the other guy's vehicle, his pain and suffering, his injuries, and hospital bills. This could run into the hundred's of thousands. That poor guy will likely never recover all his damages and your sister will be paying for a long time.
