With all of my pregnancies I've had lots of BH's, I've even had them regular enough to put me in pre-term labor (shortening of cvx) in the last trimester. My first doc said I just have an irritable uterus! This pregnancy is no different. I get them all through out the day sometimes as many as 2-3 per hour. Most are pretty light.. but some are pretty strong. If I didn't know that this was normal for me I'd be going to the hospital all the time to get checked!
okay no matter how much info i look up about BH, i cannot get a straight answer as to what they feel like! everything is so vague with the whole "your uterus tightens up" description, but WTH does that mean?! i've had my whole belly area get uncomfortably tight, but i always just assumed it was from being too full. so my answer is i have no idea. haha.
I voted a few times a day, but it varies greatly. Some days I have a few, some none at all. A lot depends on my activity level, how much water I'm drinking, if I have to pee and am holding it too long, etc.

Me too! I thought I was just weird having them if I had to pee. Sometimes I get them after I pee too.
I haven't gotten any, but then I didnt get any with my first pregnancy either so I don't expect to get them. I do get a couple of real contractions now and then like two or three of them, which I spoke to my doctor about, and he said as long as they aren't regular and dont happen for more than an hour I'm fine, and that it could just be the early warnings of having to go on bedrest to prevent preterm labor (sigh) Im glad i still have my village houses to paint lol
