Are you more on the constipated side or just regularly you are pooping large poops?
If its constipation...eat grapes (that helps me) and make sure you eat lots of leafy greens that will keep you nice and regular. I also know that Cheese binds me like nothing else...if I eat to much cheese I get very very very constipated!!!!
If its the latter...sheesh...I havent the slightest on how to fix that! Hope I helped in some way!
this is hilarious to read....I'm cracking up just reading it.....I actually have always had large poops myself....several times a plunger is needed and my husband calls my poop "godzilla poop"....lol.....When I was a kid, my poop clogged the toilet so bad that we had to call a plumber to fix things......it was very embarrassing because it was at my friends house where it happened so their whole family was aware of my monster poop and to make matters worse, the plumber was also a friend of the family and I had a crush on his son who accompanied him on this particular trip. To this day, I will not poop at anyone's house. I will hold it as long as I can until I can poop at my own home.
Anyway, I'd say stay away from cheese! I will sometimes eat grapes, or drink lots of apple juice (it helps a little). Also, drinking lots and I mean LOTS of water will really help flush you out too.
I asked a doctor once and they said that some people are just prone to having large bowel movements b/c of the size of their colon. If you have a large colon, you are more likely to have large poops. So, if that's the case then there is nothing you can really do. It's part of who you are I guess. Things I've tried have helped a little but never a lot and I suspect it's b/c I have a large colon. Anyway, hope this helps...
Oh Girl!!! I soooooo know how you feel!! Ive never been Constipated or had HUGE poop's...Until now!!! I swear no matter what I do It dosen't matter. I drink Juice, water, eat ton's of Salad's ALL the time....And when It happen's at work It's the funniest thing. I always tell them "Im gonna go to the bathroom, and I dont know when Im coming back" It's not as bad anymore but It happen's at least 2-3 times a week!!! UGH!!!!
I guess eat stuff to keep them soft so they can come out easier.

I don't have any advice for this but did wonder if maybe your not going as much and thats why they are so big? I go twice a day and don't have any problems. If your only going once maybe you could eat things that will help you go more.

I was having serious constipation issues, where I called my ob at night after a bleeding episode. He told me that I needed stool softeners and laxitives to get my system back to normal. I was on zofran which can plug anyone up, which didn't help. But I took Milk of Magnisisa capsules and stool softeners after fiber, cutting cheese & dairy, eating shredded wheat like it was going out of style. Well after 3 days of the MoM caps and softeners, I was so much better. Once my colon was back to normal and not so pissed off, I don't really have to take anything. But this week I had a serious hard and big poo and I had to plunger the toilet 5 times and turn off the water! It was making me nervous that I might have to get the plumber's snake and snake the toliet. But it fixed it self and I went back on the stool softeners.
Just make sure you avoid the BRAT diet items, and maybe add some flax oil to your diet, that would help.
