My daughter is feverish today and complaining of a sore throat/coughing a little. A little while ago she started complaining of pain in her lower back where her kidneys should be. She hasn't been drinking a ton, but enough to not be dehydrated I would think. We are trying to push fluids via popsicles now. She's not eating much though.
I've never dealt with this before and I'm not sure how long I let her go before I take her in. If it is in fact her kidneys what should I be looking for?

Lord...I have no clue but it sounds like you should call the dr & set up an appt. I hope she feels better soon!

I would definitely call the doctor!! My mom is one is prone to kidney infections, and bladder infections, and it sounds like what she would go through. I hope she feels better soon!
