I have heard that this far along w/ triplets that the tummy is so compressed that many times food comes right back up. Guess what? It just happened. Ugggg...I was totally not looking forward to this. I tried to fight it but that didn't work. BLAH...now I feel icky. I suppose that I'm going to have to figure out a way to hold down my protein shakes & eat something decent. This sucks.

Oh honey, I am so sorry I am so proud of you and your babies for making it this far! Hang in there, pretty soon you'll be holding those babies and you will forget the not so fun moments of pregnancy.

I was thinking you were going to say that morning sickness had come back... I am getting dizzy and nauseous like I did in my first trimester. I know it is not fun. I guess you have no choice but to eat small, tiny bites all day. It makes sense - but I'm sorry you are having to deal with it. Ick...-

I think the problem is that I am trying to get adjusted to not eating as much after eating like a horse so my eyes tend to be bigger than my tummy. I thought I had waited long enough after lunch, 2 hours, to drink my protein shake but apparently not! My digestion has also slowed down quite a bit. Weird...

Uck! Sorry you have hit that point mama! I think the small bites through the day are a great idea from here out. I too have been struggling with the eyes bigger than my tummy issue- but I couldnt imagine the compression with 3 little ones in there! I hope you find the magic way to make it all work, and Im sure you will- youve dont it so well all along!

I just need to really concentrate on things I really want to eat that are not big in portions. I told DH today that I wanted Bluebell icecream sandwiches. I'm also still craving a shake from Whataburger.

UGH!! That is not fun. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this now. I know my eyes are always bigger and tend to make my acid reflux flare up. I hope you can get it adjusted.

Yuck! I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with yet another side effect. But you've been such a trooper with everything else that has been thrown at you, I know you'll take this in stride!

I've been having the same problem. I am learning I have to eat very small amounts throughout the day or I get sick. It was never a problem when I was pregnant with my singletons.
