That i am just amazed by you. I was just looking at your ticker and it hit me that you are over 32 weeks and you are still in your own home in your own bed and still pregnant with 3 healthy babies. You have done a fantastic job!!! And to think that in less then 2 weeks you will be holding all that hard work in your arms!! You are an inspiration to all mothers expecially those who are having multiples. Did you ever think they you would be able to do this without having to stay in the hospital?

Keep up the good work you are almost there!!!!

Um...honestly...I didn't know if I would make it this whole time at home. I really thought that I would end up in the hossy at some point for the duration. I'm very thankful to God that I have not had to go there to wait it out. I don't see what I am doing is anything extraordinary. I mean, any one of you would do this too if given the same circumstances, right? I know I am already a mother b/c it isn't about me anymore. The minute they told me I was confined to the bed, we took it seriously. That is just how it is. I'm sitting here just in awe of what you all think of me. Really...I don't know what to say. Now I am crying like an idiot! Thank you...thank you for the support & kind words. Thank you...

I would like to think that i would do what you have done. I just dont know if i could do it with such patience. I am not a patient person. I just think that you have exceeded all expectation of yours and your docs and everyone around you. Oh and i just want you to let your DH know that we are proud of him as well because we know it is not easy for him either!!

I'll be sure to tell Todd in the morning. He always is asking what "the girls" are saying, LMAO! Patience...yes, that is something I have learned along w/ giving up control. Being able to do for yourself is something many of us take for granted such as fixing your own plate of food. I hope I'm not the only weird one out there that fixes their food in very specific ways & having to give that up completely was an eye opener as to how much I took for granted before this. Todd does everything for me. I'm amazed at everything he has juggled. Thank you again.

Just wanted to say yes you are amazing. I would like to think I would be able to do as well as you have done if I was carrying 3. It sure puts things into perspective for me when I start whining about carrying just this one. Hugs momma! We are all so proud.

That is what I'm always amazed with - I have a certain way of doing some things that HAVE TO be done that way, and if I had to let someone else do it, I don't know that I'd have the grace you do.
That's really funny what you said about Todd - Ben always asks me how "the girls" are.. lol.

I'd like to think that I would have as much patience as you do. I think it would be extremely hard to let go of the control like you have said. It drives me crazy now to just have the small limitations such as lifting as I was just used to doing anything I could. You are truly amazing for making it this far and being so patient and graceful during all of this. I can't wait to meet your little miracles.

I agree, I think you have exhibited such stregnth and perseverence throughout this process and have really been an inspiration to all of us here! We are all very impressed with your determination, love and the bond between you and Todd... Im so happy Ive gotten a chance to get to know you, follow your story and become your friend through this process- and am so proud of you, Todd and your families as youve moved through all the ups and downs so gracefully and with so much love and support. Its no small feat, and ya'll really do make it look effortless (even though we all know the truth that it isnt always). I cant wait to meet your LOs and continue to share in this very special time for you. HUGS~

I really admire you too! Of course, I'd like to hope I'd do well in the same situation, but it's got to be so unbelievably hard. Being pregnant has been difficult for me, with one baby and no bed-rest. The emotional ups and downs and the physical discomforts are hard, I think that's why we all respect you so much, we can't imagine the issues we've had being "mulitplied by 3!"

Astrid's been an inspiration to me as well. I find myself whining and moaning alot about carrying twins. It is so much different than carrying a single baby. Sometimes when I am complaining, I try to think of what it must be like to have 3 in there! Plus the whole bedrest thing. It takes a strong person to do what Astrid is doing and I'm not sure if the dr. put me on bedrest that I could stay in bed.

Again, I am speechless...I really don't know what to say. You know, this is just something I have to do. I wouldn't have chosen this & like many of you said, if someone had told me at the beginning that I would end up in bed for 1/2 of the pgcy, I would have probably thought that I couldn't do it. You don't know what you are capable of doing until you are faced w/ the challenge.

Astird - I have spent the last two days in bed because I have been sick - and I often thought of you. I am amazed at how positive you are! I think the best thing for me is that I was blessed to share my pregnancy with you - having trips! You are such a sweetheart and I know God has blessed you beyond belief - and he has blessed us by allowing us to get to know you. You rock!

Astrid, you are doing a great job. In such a short time you will be holding those three precious babies. It truly is amazing you have been able to stay home as long as you have. Keep up the great work.

I also would like to think I would have done such a good job in your position... but it must have been so hard... But now you're in the home stretch!! And you gave your babies such a good baking time!!

Remember when you wolding your breath just trying to make it to 24 weeks?? It really doesn't feel like it was that long ago!!!
