I am normally cheap too! I mean, the kid's entire bedding set was only $50, but this is just one of those things that seems worth it, even if it's totally un-necessary! When I was a kid I LOVED those glowing stars that you can adhere to the ceiling, this is such a neat effect!!

I have this and it is very cute. It works better in a room that's painted... and the amber is barely visible. I received it as a baby shower present early on in my pregnancy... my son was having a hard time adjusting to his new toddler room and staying in bed after we tucked him in so I opened the turtle and let him go to sleep with it.... now almost 7 months later he still sleeps with it every night. (so it has an added bonus). My ONE downfall is he ONLY likes the blue light.... and if you use one light more then the others it fades, I am sure I can fix this... I just need to figure out how But we're talking ALOT of use!

I have seen that before too. It is sooo cute but I know if I bought one I would have to buy one for my other kids to. So that would be 34 times 3....
