Hello girls! I hope my post finds all well with everyone! As most of you know Saturday and Sunday were my baby showers this weekend, needless to say, I've been quite busy over the last 48 hours. We must have had about 40-50 people at each shower and feel VERY blessed with all the gifts we’ve received. I feel MORE than ready to have a baby now than ever before. I cannot believe how generous people are, especially our families.
Anyways, it would take me practically forever to mention every single item we received, but lets just say the next few weeks before the delivery of our LO will be spent writing thank-you notes. As for the loot - here is a basic list of the items we received from both showers.
Chicco travel system (from my parents)
A cherry colored 3 drawer dresser (from a bunch of ladies from my home church)
Playtex electric breast pump system (from my parents)
Graco highchair (from Daniel’s aunt & uncle/cousins
Fisher price smooth motion glider (from my dad’s cousins)
A booster high chair (connects to a regular chair)
A wide variety of soft stuffed bears (I just love the feel of them)
7 hand-made crocheted blankets (these are just beautiful!)
Plenty of baby blankets – in all sizes and textures!
J & J body wash/shampoo/lotion/powder (in the regular & bedtime kinds)
Tubes of diaper rash crème
3 large boxes of nursing pads
2 tubes of breast crème

3 baskets with liners for under my changing table
10+ pacifiers (different brands/styles)
A LOT of baby bottles/nipples (different brands/styles)

A few “baby” picture frames (my aunt gave me a beautiful silver one)

Lastly, here are some pictures of both showers! The first pictures are of Saturday's shower - the second ones are of Sunday's shower. I am very tired…so I'm heading off to bed after posting this - what a weekend! I just spent about 2 hours with my mom in our basement tonight trying to organize everything into piles (I will have to post pictures of the stuff once I get those taken too!)
