I went in for bloodwork on Thursday of last week and Monday of this one. My midwife told me that she would call with the results, but I still haven't heard anything. The wait is killing me! Should I just bite the bullet and call them to see if they have come in yet?

definitely call! at the most they should have results in a couple days if they have to send out the labwork to another facility. If they do it there they should have it same day.

I would call. I work in healthcare and sometimes we aren't always the best to call with results especially when they are normal. I'm still waiting on my bloodwork results because the Cystic Fibrosis screening can take up to two weeks so I am still waiting. I have 5 more days until I can call.

Well I called at around 4:30 and no one answered, just got their machine. I think that I will try first thing in the morning and if the machine picks up again, I will leave a message. I will have to leave them my cell number, as I am headed to the beach tomorrow with my DD.

Well I called them this morning and left a message. She called me back within half an hour with the results. On July 3, they were 102 and on July 7, they were 659. She told me that they were rising nicely and I checked and they are right in the middle range for where they should be. I have my first appointment on Aug. 4.
