Ahhh you ladies are so nice. I work out 2X per day(a regular work out in the AM and walking after dinner in the evenings to keep blood sugar in range) and am on the diabetic diet, but otherwise nothing different I dont think. I actually was shocked to get on he scale today and see 122 pop up. I havent weighed that in a while. I have lost 7 pounds now from all that puking and no appetite
