I have had a moderate backache all day. It is in my lower back and it is a dull aching. Is this normal/ok? I had some brown spotting, but it was about a week ago.

I have also been in bed all day with a nasty cold.

My back has been achy for the last 2 weeks or so. I attribute it to spending more time on it since I'm so exhausted. I know that when I'm sick in bed, my back aches from just spending too much time in bed and I feel better when I get up and move around.

I'd say its normal. Mine hurts all the time. My lower back and my hips ALWAYS ache, ugh! I have my DH rub mine and it kinda hurts to do but usually feels better afterwards.

To me that sounds like siatic nerve pain, I had it with DS when I was preggo with him. It's not fun at all, and the only thing they said that would help was to have him

I've had a lot of lower back pain for about 4 weeks now! It's definitely worse if I sit or lay a lot and don't get up and exercise a little. Sometimes it's so uncomfortable I can't sit still. Riding or driving the car seems to make it really bad.

I've always had moderate back pain. But, the last 3 weeks or so, it's gotten really bad. I'm using a heating pad every night, which helps a ton. I also beg DH to give me backrubs, and thankfully he's been awesome about that. I find when I stay hydrated, the pain isn't as bad...maybe try drinking more water?

Wish I could be more help, because I know how much back pain sucks!
