I just got a big body pillow from Target $10 for the pillow, and $10 for a case. Although after I bought it I saw they had those U-Shaped ones at Baby Depot for around $30 (I didn't get one tho).

I just used a regular old pillow that I got from Ikea for $20.

This is the pillow that I have. http://cgi.ebay.com/Comfort-U-Total-Body-B...%3A1%7C294%3A50 I absolutely love it. I must say that it is very large though....so I wouldn't reccomend it unless you have a king size bed...but it is worth every penny...especially if you plan on being preggo more than once....it will get lots of use. I like it because I toss and turn a lot....and with this pillow it is already surrounding me....hence...no readjusting and moving pillows around all night! There is really no comparison to a body pillow...which I am sure is comfortable....but you will be in heaven with this pillow.

guess I was too late!! LOL!

I use a plain old body pillow through all 4 of my pregnancies that i got at walmart. Works wonderfully.
I also use 3 pillows this time, because in my move 4 months ago my husband lost my pillow on the drive over. *????*
One at my head, one under my knees, and when im on my side, one between my legs and under my stomach. I cant sleep unless something supports my stomach.
