This afternoon when I went pee, I went to wipe, and noticed a long glob of cm hanging from me (I don't know why I even looked before I wiped). Anyway, it was clear. It was almost like EWCM-slippery and stretchy. I thought it was a bit strange. Dh and I DTD yesterday morning, so I thought maybe it was just some "leftovers". I just went to the bathroom again, and had the same thing. I don't think it could still be "leftovers", could it? Now I'm starting to worry a little. What if it is some of my mucus plug? The second time, it was completely clear again. Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them either after DTD or not? Ugh, I hate worrying and dh is out of town, so I really hope and pray it's nothing!

Im not going to tell you it's nothing....But Its "probably" Nothing, I have had a clear mucusy discharge in this preganancy, so far as well. It wasnt as thick as a mucus plug, but it was stringy (sorry for the TMI). When I started to lose my mucus plug in my first pregnancy I was around 36 weeks and it was like "REALLY THICK". Your probably just draining lol, I know it sounds weird but if you Google it, you'll see its completely normal to "leak". Dont worry too much, but I would say if you really think its that abnormal (out of control) then I would call my dr.

You might find this to ease your mind a little.... I hope I could help!

Oh girl, I've had globby CM this whole pregnancy...literally since early on. It's just a part of it for me. I've never lost a mucus plug so I'm not sure what that looks like but, I have tons of EWCM daily and sometimes it's clear and sometimes it's sort of yellowish. Nice, I know and sorry if TMI. I think you are ok...

I've had what seems like EWCM this entire pregnancy. When I lost my mucuos plug it it was more firm, not stringy at all and the size of a pea. Much more consistency.

I've had tons of cm like that too. I think it is just from hormonal changes and everything is fine. You could always run it by your doc next visit.

I've had lots of CM this pregnancy too (I wear a pantyliner all the time), just not like this. I'm thinking that it probably had something to do with DTD. Now that I think of it, I am pretty sure that I have had this happen before after DTD and not when pg either. Unless it changes any, I am going to try to not worry about it!

I have this too, I thought either A. I was crazy or B. yeast infection. Talked to the dr. and everything is ok. Just normal part of pregnancy.
