Ok so my DH and I have a girl name that we love, but can not seem to agree on Boy names.

Our Girl name is Addison Lynn and the boy name he is set on is Peyton Matthew (Matthew is his name).

I think Peyton is a girls name even though there is Peyton Manning. What do you guys think? Is Peyton ok for a boy? Its not that i dont like the name cause i do but i dont like it for a boy!

(oh and i think this baby is a girl but he is dead set that he thinks it's a boy so in the case it is i want to have a name i love picked out)

It can be either one, but I think of Peyton as a girl's name too. Maybe it is just us haha.

What about Eli Matthew (Peyton's brother haha). the name Peyton I think of the girl on One Tree Hill

And don't worry I think this is a boy and my dh has it set it is a girl

I like it for both. I think the fact that a macho football player is named that makes it definitely okay for a boy though.
