Ginger ale and saltines? I really wish I could help, but my m/s has been extremely minimal.

Maybe some crackers just as you feel the nausea coming on would help...

I hope you're feeling better really soon!

You have to make sure your stomach is always full rather then letting you feel any hunger pains... if you know its been a few hours and you are gonna get hungry soon, have a fruit or ANYTHING just keep eating, good things though.

I wished I had a sure fire way to help, cuz I certainly would be doing it. For me even the good meds aren't helping.

Yeah, I'd call your Dr for some meds.

I also have to study all day Personally, I suck on hard candies when I need to stay awake and I am feeling really sick. Sometimes my DH makes a fruit smoothie but it depends on my stomach. I find just having something in my mouth makes it better (try peppermint, its good for upset stomachs and it supposedly makes you more focused).

Good luck on your exam!
