I am so sleepy all the time. Now I've heard this is normal for the 1st trimester but I literally feel drugged type sleepy. It just feels like a bit much and I don't know how much is too much. I'm mainly just listening to my body but man! this is just crazy how tired and sleepy I am ALL the time.

During the 1st trimester its very normal to be tired all the time. Baby is fully dependent on us and it takes its toll. Once the placenta forms and takes over it does ease.

The first trimester can really make you sleepy. I feel the same way some days and it's getting worse.

I am right there with you! I need a nap, but don't get one with 2 little ones keeping me awake. I am in bed by 8 though, and asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.
