I had my pre-op appt this morning at 10:15. I had to wait over an hour and a half to go back for my pre-op appt. I was highly annoyed and uncomfortable Anywho, I spoke with the anesthesiologist. She answered all my questions & told me what was going to happen. I will be getting a spinal. I then had my labs drawn, vitals taken, etc. My c-section isn't scheduled till 2:30. I was a little irritated about that cause I can't eat all morning and it hurts my stomach so bad when it's grinding on itself We have to be there at 12:30 to get me prepped and everything.

I know these next 5 days are going to DRAG - but at the same time I can hardly believe after this long wait, I'm going to be a mommy in 5 days!

Wow, I think that's impressive that you had a pre-op apptmt. I only ever talk to the anesthesiologist and all that on the day of the surgery..That is nice that they set that up for you, but sucks you had to wait sooo long.. I'd be annoyed too! I know you are ready to have this baby and 5 days is not to bad at all, It will fly by!

Yay he will be here very soon!! Just whatever you do don't eat bc they will make you wait even longer. Once you get to the hospital they will hook you up to an IV so you won't be straving anymore. I went from Thursday at 6 pm till Saturday at noon to eat when I had Aiden it was crazy but I really wasn't too hungry bc of the IV.

Sorry about the wait for the app't and that you'll have to wait to eat. I always hate when I have to fast for something. Hopefully the time will go by quickly, though, and you won't even notice. I can't believe Maddox will be here in less than a week!
