Ok...I hear a lot of you ladies talking about the bella band and I went and got one. I had a few shirts that got a little short last pregnancy so I am hoping that I can just wear them till the end with the bella band. But, my question is: how are you ladies wearing it now? Most of my reg jeans are getting quite snug and uncomfy! Do you just unbutton them and cover with the bella band? Can't you still see the buttons unbuttoned through the band? Or am I doing something wrong?

If you're wearing a skin tight shirt yeah you might see the button through the bella band but other than that no you won't. And yes that's how you wear it. Just unbutton your jeans and pull the band down past the zipper. That's how I wear it anyway. There are a bunch of different ways you can wear it with your clothes.

I wore mine last pregnancy with my jeans unbuttoned and pretty much unzipped!!! I refused to wear maternity pants. So I pulled the bella band around the top of my jeans and it held them up just fine. I never wore the bella band over the top of my belly, always folded over and under the belly, it held my pants up better like that.

Like the PP, I also unbuttoned my pants and would fold the bella band over. It definitely holds your pants up better that way, at least early on!

Yep - just like the other ladies, I make sure it goes down to the bottom of the zipper and then fold over. Holds my pants up perfectly - it sticks out at the bottom of shirts, but just looks layered. My shirts aren't usually tight enough to see the outline of the buttons or zipper.

I love mine. I ware it different ways depending on the pants and top I have on. For now I just zip my pants and put the bella band on over the top down to about the pockets of my pants. I even ware it with my pants that are too big instead of a belt. It's really a comfort thing and you just need to play with what you like. But it shows far less then using a rubber band like my mom did. :0)

You can buy them at Target or Motherhood Maternity. I bought the original bella band by Ingrid & Isabella (sp?) because I heard it holds it elaticity better and is tighter. I bought the original for $26 on Amazon.com.

I got mine at Target. You can get them off Amazon, too. I wear it folded over my jeans, unzipped and unbuttoned. You can see the buttons if you look, but I don't really care. I need to wear pants, gosh dernit and this is the only way besides drawstring husband sleep pants!

i think i need to get one of these. It sounds like it totally beats threading a rubber band through the button hole LMAO!!

My pants still fit, but I'm wearing mine anyway because it's comfy and I don't have to worry about my shirt being to short.
