Definitely read the books first. The movie is a bit corny/cheesy so it would help if you're already really into from the books.

I am a HUGE Twilight fan! So is DF and that's why we are calling this little one Nudger until we know the sex and find a name. I too love the Isabella but we are looking for 7 letter names and I know that Isabella is going to be extremely popular thanks to Twilight and I like my kids names to be somewhat uncommon. DF pre-ordered the movie for me for my bday so its supposed to be here the day it is released, which is tomorrow. I can't wait to watch it again!!

DF bought it on bootleg when it was in theaters. I didn't know the story behind the movie but I thought the movie was great! Not to mention the copy was great quality.

Yeah I bet Isabella will be a popular name for the next few years. I wouldn't be surprised if Edward makes a come back in popular names too.

I didn't read any of the books - but I watched the movie a few days ago (I work at the movie store, so we get them early) I looved it. I decided I want to Keep loving the movies, so I'm going to watch movie & then read the book. I hate reading a book & then watching a movie because you're always disappointed. The book is always better.

no way! i LOVED the books, but thought the acting was horrible as well as the special effects. they should have cast someone else to play bella.

Well the special effects weren't that great but you have to remember that it was a low budget movie because they didn't know how well it would do. I have a feeling New Moon will be much better.

I agree about the casting of Bella. I'm not too crazy about her. She seems very dry to me whereas Bella strikes me as much more passionate.

Now Edward is the stuff dreams are made of!
