Hi Meg, I am Corey(28), married to my DH Jeremy(29) for going on 7 years this september. We have 5 children together. Tristan (DS-6), Lauren (DD-4), Willow (DD-2), Elizabeth (DD-14.5 mths) and Erin (DD-14.5 mths). Baby bean is number 6 and final baby for us. Bean is due Oct. 12, but will probably come sometime near the end of September.
DH is in the Army, we are stationed at Fort Polk, LA and will be here for a few years.
I use yahoo IM, sn sweetpandaus.
My first u/s is April 3rd and my next Dr. appt is April 30th.
When is your next appt and such?
28 year old Military wife and Proud mommy of 5 with #6 on the way!!!
Hey Corey! I am so excited to be paired with you since you have so much mommy experience and I have none (yet)!
I'm Meg (27) married to Ross (26) for four years. Our fifth anniversary is actually two days before my EDD (which is the 11th)! So needless to say we won't be exchanging gifts! We've been living in Charlotte, NC for the past two years. I'm originally from MA, he's from FL and we met in school in maryland. So Charlotte was in the middle for everyone's family and it was our compromise, lol. Plus we were able to buy our first house- now we have room for a baby!
What does DH do in the Army? Practically my whole family has served in the Army- Dad, two brothers, grandfather, etc... so I'm pretty familiar with the lifestyle. Do you live off-base with your big family?
My next appt is April 2nd when we hear the heartbeat. Last appt I was 8.5weeks and we had an u/s so we saw it- but I'm really looking forward to hearing that swoosh-swoosh for the first time! You're lucky- you get an ultrasound AND get to hear the baby at the same time- no waiting!
I don't use IM but I'm gonna PM you my email. Plus I am on JM all day long- it's become a pretty serious addiction. I'm sure we'll be talking soon...
