Hi,

I had my first appointment last week (based on LMP was 7+5). The doctor ordered a blood test - he was a bit concerned because 1) my uterus felt a bit smaller than it should 2) I have no symptoms, 3) I didn't get a BFP until 5 weeks and 4) I had a miscarriage in the fall.
I got my results back today and my HCG/Beta level was 26112.
I know this doesn't mean much on its own, but does anyone know if this is a reasonable level for being 7+5?

I don't really know much about what HCG levels should be at that point. I hope everything is ok.

you are within a good range. Will they be doing another one? Only one number is not reliable for fetal viability. Seeing a range of they go up is the way they gage the pregnancy. Good luck to you, I will praying for HIGH numbers for you next week...

its hard to tell if thats a normal number w/o another number to compare it to. Usually numbers double until a certain point in your preg. I know when I had an ectopic pregnancy my levels never made it out of 300...but all HcG levels are different.

hmmmm, mine was a lot higher (see my siggy), but the numbers have a HUGE RANGE, so don't worry!

i'd wait for the u/s, you could have ovulated at a different time than you think, and obviously at this point, even a couple days can make a huge difference in the beta number.
