I have gotten a few so far, and they are no fun. I hope you are able to find some relief soon.

I've been getting a headache every day for the last two weeks So I know what you're going through. I'm going to look into different teas that might help, cause Tylenol just doesn't cut it... and like you I'm not comfortable taking it every day. (not a fan of taking medicine period) I'm going to talk to my midwife today at my appointment, I'll let you know what I find out from her

try a cold washcloth and a lay down in a dark room. It works surprisingly well. Good luck!

Increase your fluids. Try cold or even warm compresses on your neck and upper shoulders. A lot of headaches are caused by tension. Warm showers even a warm heating pad on the shoulders and neck might help.

Also have you cut down your caffeine intake? Caffeine withdrawls will cause headaches.

Mine started yesterday, I had it most of the day. I don't want to take tylenol either, I hope it doens't get worse. Keeping hyrated is helping for now.
