So today while I was at work I had a new unlpeasant experience. Wondering if anyone else has had this or has ideas. I was walking around with my boss doing and audit and all of a sudden i felt this intense back pain that was spreading to my sides and front lower abdomen. Then I started to get really hot and sweaty and I had to sit down because I didnt know what was going to happen. I wasnt hungry as i had just eaten and wasnt dehydrated either. I sat and rested for about 20 minutes and it went away but it was really scary. It wasnt cramping it felt like an internal pain and I was seeing light flashes in my eyes.
It sounds like a contraction to me, and the sweating and flashing lights could be from your nerves. Or my dr did say that flashing lights could be a sign of blood pressure. I might check with my dr if I were you. KUP.
