im throwing up all over the place. the only thing i can keep down is sometimes chicken sandwich. tuna sounds ok to me, but does anyone else eat it? i was told to avoid it all together. but ive read a serving or two of chunk light (not white) is ok. what do you think?
try things with bread, somestimes a glass of milk can help to settle your stomach, my doc suggested ginger ( I couldn't do that though I hate ginger), I hope you find something you can eat, for me it was bagels I could always eat them
i throw up everything, even the stuff that i was able to hold down before. (like toast etc) so i dont know what to do
I just ate the tuna sandwich that article says ok in moderation. so we will see if that stays down!! thanks ladies!
Doc said canned tuna is okay about once a week but tuna steaks are a no-go. When I was getting sick alot I ate soup and broth because it was gentle on my tummy. Try whatever sounds appetising, you'll eventually find out what you can handle and keep hydrated!!
