I was on web md this morning and reading about baby's development during week 12 and for the mom-to-be section it said that the partners may have pregnancy symptoms during the third month and during delivery. As I was reading this my DH was complaining of being very gassy lately (sorry if TMI). Then I realized the last several days he's been sleeping in late because he's been tired, and the last day or two he's been having headaches and has been an upset stomach (and he doesn't have the flu or anything either)! It all clicked when I was reading the article and I was like OMG he's having symptoms! LOL. Just wondering if others have noticed the same thing with their DH/SO/BF?

It's called couvade syndrome. I'm lucky my DH doesn't get it, it would drive me crazy!

My dh gets that too. He will get every symptom in the book that I get. It's pretty funny.

Mine claims he shares my cravings but I'm not totally convinced. Although he does gain weight while I'm pregnant. Probably related to his "cravings" I'm sure.

I tease him that he's knocked up all the time! He's tired, doesn't feel good and last night for dinner he had THREE grilled cheeses. I think he's gaining all the weight that I'm not!

Nope, no PG symptoms for DH here. Which is a good thing...this house can only handle ONE pregnant person. He's moodier, but, that's because I'm such a pain in the butt!
