I have been so thirsty recetly I have been filling my belly with water till it hurts, I read somewhere that 2nd trimester may be less of an actual appetite due to intestines and stuff bein moved up they are semi-squished and takes food longer to get through. I have noticed if i eat a big meal my stomach has been KILLING me! I need to watch because I have literally been stuffing myself.

My appetite is definitely back but I'm not as thirsty as I used to be. I have to remind myself to drink enough water or I will forget and then I start to feel crampier.

I get thirsty but I'm hardly ever hungry. I have to force myself to eat. I've lost so much weight that my pants are falling off (at this rate it'll be forever before I need maternity pants).

I was actually more hungry (but only for certain things because of m/s) in the 1st trimester. Thirst on the other hand is a different story. I'm thirsty all the time! Your body and the baby know what it needs. As long as you're taking your vitamins, drinking fluids and eating (even small meals) your doctor probably won't be concerned. I think I'm the only person in this DDC that has gained weight with this PG!!!
