they're AWESOME and taste fantastic. I had all day nausea with Holden and those things (for me at least) were total lifesavers.
I used the drops. raspberry is so yummy
Eta: this time around I only really get car sickness so I use ginger altoids. Ginger calms nausea, and they were cheaper than the preggie drops.. though I prefer the taste of preggie drops- they're just hard to find unless you're in BRU or the mall
I had terrible nausea and I although I couldn't depend on them to totally CURE my nausea - when I felt a little icky they were amazing!! I have heard people take them in the labour room with them too cause they can't have anything to drink and I think I am going to take some...cause they taste good and do work!
I tried both. I would recommend the drops, you get more for the $ plus they don't have the weird flavors. In the pops you get lavendar and ginger - I didn't care for those, in fact I threw them out. I did like the drops. I don't know what it is about them because the content is not really different than any other candy although the box says they are made with essential oils. I found mine at Motherhood Maternity.
I had B-Natals. Taste great...hard to say if the worked. My nausea was all day and varied in intensity. Would it have been worse when I didn't use them?Don't know. They tasted great, though. The vitamin B is what supposedly helps. Good luck. I hope you find them and they work for you.
I bought them and they kinda worked but there were weird flavors so it wasn't worth it for me to buy the pack and only use half of them So now I use jolly ranchers and they seem to do the trick- but then again I am 15wks so it may just be that I'm less sick! Hopefully they work for you!
ps- I got mine at Babies-R-Us but they carry them at any maternity store.
