it does for me. i usually get them very low down in my abdomin, and they hurt. i know it was from constipation cause as soon as i go, they are gone, and not only are they gone, but i feel twenty times better down there. its like taking a load of my lower abd. seriously

Yes! And theres nothing worse than getting cramps from feeling bloated and gross! Try eating some foods high in fiber and drinking alot of water over the next 24 hours or so. Hope you feel better!

Well, I just had a big bowl of watermelon at my desk and I practically had to run down the hallway to get to the bathroom. I hadn't gone since like Monday. Maybe that will help.

stuff high in fiber helps. my son was constipated and having really hard poops i read up on it and it says eat lots of vegetables. especially corn. carrots arent good they bind you, also bananas will bind you. whole grains, whole wheat breads, ummm, pretty sure cherios are great. dont eat lots of dairy again binding.... which seems strange to me, cause when my son had diarrhea he was supposed to stay away from it... hope that helps.

There are these realy great granola bars called "fiber one" in all kinds of flavors, I love the chocolate ones and caramel ones... you ladies should check em out, eat one a day and yo'll be sure to go everyday... they are chock full of fiber

Must be hitting us all at the same time ... I had a big bowl of clam chowder today ... and OH MY ... It was all I could do to tolerate the gas cramps and find a "clean" bathroom while out shopping with Mom. The constipation thing has been on and off ... but when "on" and its about time "to go" ... lordy ... the cramps are CRAZY !
