I go to the gym (Cardinal Fitness) 6 days a week, for about 60-90 minutes. During the week I go when DF is home from work, and weekends I go whenever.
I do 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the bike, then I do leg work, abs, arms, then a cool down on the treadmill or bike. My faves are the leg press and decline bench for abs.
At home I do one workout video a day on Comcast OnDemand, and I also do work with my dumbbells for my arms and my exercise ball for abs. We also go for long walks when the weather is nice.
I'm also dieting like a madwoman!
I'll be 4 weeks PP tomorrow, so I haven't quite gotten permission from my OB yet.
