I just got cleared from my OB last Friday to workout so I'll be joining you in here now!
What is your workout schedule like? What kind of exercise do you do and how often?
For me I'm starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred so that will be 20 minutes for the next month. We also just bought a treadmill that I'm excited about using. I'm thinking I'll do 30 minutes of cardio every other day on top of the 30 Day Shred.
I take Jackson on walks around the neighborhood whenever it's nice out and that will be on top of the other stuff I am doing.
When I'm done with the 30 Day Shred I'm going to start Hip Hop Abs which I ordered around 2 years ago before my wedding and never did haha!
We also are going to look into joining a gym in a couple months, when that time comes I don't know what my workout schedule will be like!
